We look forward to seeing you at Zell's Cafe again.

FOR DINING IN THE RESTAURANT:

Our full restaurant is back open for both inside and outside dining on a first come, first serve basis (no reservations). During the winter months, you may not see outside tables but we are always happy to set one up for you—just ask!

FOR TO-GO ORDERS:

We have created a special menu of selections that we know you'll be happy eating when you get home. Just order online, call in, or stop by to place an order in person! After you place your order, we will let you know when it will be ready. Note: During busy times, we may turn off online ordering.

Complimentary scones & jam or gluten-free banana muffins are available upon request—just ask!

Dining Room Menu

This menu is available for dining in the restaurant. See an item you want to take home with a pick-up order?
Give us a call—we’re happy to put any of these in a box to-go.

WHAT OUR CUSToMERS SAY

Portland has changed a lot in the past 5 years. But Zell's feels exactly the same, and that's a good thing. It's comprised mainly of friendly locals rather than gawking tourists. (of which I now am one)

You still get two delightfully simple scones while you wait for your food. They still have the charming, clear coffee mugs. The host and waitress are still the exact same as they were 5 years ago!

And they still have my favorite semi-secret menu item: Portland Potatoes. (potatoes smothered in cheese and fresh veggies, semi-secret because it's in the 'lunch' section, rather than the breakfast section) Give them a shot if you want a breakfast spot in Portland that's not insanely crowded, or if you just want to feel like you live in SE Portland.”
